About Me
I am a business professional with 20+ years' experience in corporate finance, and founded this firm in 2015 providing part-time chief financial officer (fractional CFO) services.
My career experience includes capital raising, M&A, treasury, financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and investor relations for clients across a range of sectors: from IT and SaaS, to medical technology, utilities, real-estate and commercial products. I have worked with public and private companies of varying size, small international companies (US and EUR), start-ups, charities, and public bodies in CFO (chief financial officer) and other management roles.
I hold a Charted Financial Analyst designation (CFA) and a Project Management Professional designation (PMP) and maintain regular ongoing professional training in accounting, finance, and leadership. My undergraduate degree is in commerce specialized in accounting and operations management.
